Cancellation

A $100 deposit (per person) is required to confirm your reservation. It is refundable only if a cancellation or rescheduling request is made at least 72 hours in advance. Any changes within 72 hours of the reservation date will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

General Questions

Omakase means "leave everything to the chef." It is a dining style in which the chef decides the menu, commonly found in high-end Japanese restaurants.

On the other hand, Kappo is a type of high-end traditional Japanese cuisine. While it also follows the Omakase dining style, it places greater emphasis on the cooking process, performance, and interaction. At the same time, it conveys the chef's culinary philosophy through the preparation process.
