We serve exclusively set menus and the cost is $150 per person with beverages charged separately.

Gyouten Sumibi-Yaki is an intimate exploration of Japanese charcoal grilling, where each ingredient is treated with precision and care. About 15 courses, free-range butter pullet chicken (90–120 days), seasonal seafood, vegetables, and other delicate bites are flame-kissed over premium binchotan charcoal, transforming each element into smoky perfection. Every skewer, every morsel, is thoughtfully sequenced to highlight the harmony of fire, technique, and flavor — a true dialogue between chef and guest. Limited seating ensures a personal and immersive experience, where tradition meets innovation, and every bite tells a story.
